Oregon's Favorite Main Street
Feb 17, 2012
Gerald and Margaret Legard are planning to restore McMinnville’s Buchanan Cellers building — focal point of the city’s Granary District and in turn of its Northeast Gateway renewal project — to the look it had in 1949.
Constructed in 1888 as the Barnekoff and Allyn Flouring Mill, it has won a place on the National Register of Historic Places. It joins McMinnville’s Historic Downtown District and Linfield’s Pioneer Hall.
The McMinnville Downtown Association works to promote and enhance our historic downtown as the economic, social and cultural heart of the community.
