Cozine House

The Cozine House was built by Samuel and Mahala Cozine, some of the original settlers of McMinnville. The Cozine House, constructed in the Queen Anne Victorian style, was built in 1892, and features a steep roof, double hung windows, ginger-bread siding and octangular bays.
