Using SNAP, your Oregon Trail Card at the market

SNAP benefits are distributed through the Oregon Trail Card (or other EBT cards from other states) which are used like a debit card.

Bring your Oregon Trail Card to the McMinnville Farmers Market information booth and we can run your card for any amount you choose. In exchange, we'll give you tokens you can spend like cash at most our vendors' booths. If you don't spend all your tokens, we are not able to put money back on your card, but you can bring them back another week. 

The vendors turn in their tokens at the end of the market to get reimbursed. The Farmers Market is a great place to use your EBT cards.
